2 · Permitted use

You may browse the site, look at the products and buy. By using it you undertake not to:

Use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or the systems behind it
Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could damage it
Extract content by automated means, or carry out scraping or data mining
Deliberately overload it or interfere with its normal operation

3 · Your account

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity carried out from it. Let us know if you notice unauthorised use.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these conditions.

4 · Reviews and user content

You may post reviews about the products. In doing so you give us permission to display them on the site, and you confirm that the content is yours and does not infringe third-party rights.

What we do not publish

We reject content that:

Contains insults or offensive, discriminatory or threatening language
Includes personal data, your own or someone else's
Is advertising, spam or commercial links
Bears no relation to the product or to the buying experience
Infringes third-party rights or is manifestly unlawful

What we undertake not to do

We do not edit or delete legitimate negative reviews. We only remove content that fails the criteria above.

Publishing only the favourable is a misleading practice towards the reader, and it shows. If a product has a problem, we would rather people read about it.

Timeframe and complaints

Reviews are checked before publication, normally within 3 working days. If we remove yours and you disagree, write to us at info@honorlaptops.com and we will explain why; if it was a mistake, we will restore it.

5 · Intellectual property

The texts, design, navigation structure and product pages produced by HONOR Laptops are owned by PANORAMA RETAIL GROUP LTD or used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted without express authorisation.

The HONOR and MagicBook trade marks, and the other marks appearing on the site, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and description.

6 · Site availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it without interruption: there may be maintenance, technical incidents or outages beyond our control. We are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability.

7 · External links

The site may link to third-party pages. We do not control their content or their policies and accept no responsibility for them. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

8 · Privacy and cookies
